Breath Trance

What is BreathTrance?   BreathTrance is an experience. A healing. A journey. A connection. It is generated by doing a pattern of breathing for over an hour-with a playlist that invites an inner exploration. The atmosphere we create together will usher in a non-ordinary state of being. This is where insight and understanding can unfold.

BreathTrance is an experience of openness, love, and vulnerability that guides a person to learn and expand beyond the parameters of everyday consciousness.

Everything you want is outside of your comfort zone. Come and explore with us in a safe and loving space.

BreathTrance guides a person to leave the realm of the everyday and journey into realms that offer insight, support, love and truth. We will circle up, do an orientation, introduce ourselves, set intentions and then do the breathing pattern for a little over an hour. Surrendering and opening, relaxing and letting go...welcoming the non-ordinary state of consciousness.
