Dance Church Friendsgiving potluck

Lets come together to Dance and be thankful! There will be an hour of inentional movement after we will break bread together in the lounge. Bring a dish or beverage to share. Bring your own cup and plate.

Dance can be a dirty word to some... think of this dance party as no wrong or right. If it feels good to crab walk, shaking, sit still, stretch, jump, dance...basical ANYTHING that you are called to do .... the goal is to listen to what your body needs. Feel the relase in a safe space with your community.
