Ecstatic Dance

This is a safe place to explore, get weird, have lots of fun, bring friends, make friends, be your own friend. We welcome you. Ecstatic dance is free form movement, expression of self, whether youre dancing or not, wiggling around or doing the samba. As long as you do no harm, respect boundaries, come enjoy.

We will have the tea lounge for cozying up, light movement based practice at the beginning to warm you up and welcome you into the space and evening.
