Ecstatic Dance

Weekly Ecstatic Dance is back in Bozeman starting June 3rd! Every Monday evening 5:30-7:30pm at Emergence Movement and Wellness, 521 E Peach St, Suite B. Ecstatic Dance is a free-form, non-judgmental, sober, improvisational movement experience where participants can express themselves authentically. By allowing the body to flow with the music, dancers connect deeply with themselves and to others. As a form of dynamic meditation, Ecstatic Dance invites dancers to let go of the endless stream of thoughts and enter a state of ecstasy or even catharsis. All ages and abilities welcome! No dance experience or partner needed, no steps to learn, simply dancing as you like!
