Are you a flow artist looking for community, or a chance to learn from others and play together? As an Elemental Hoopdance Teacher I love to use flow arts as a way to connect with our bodies and find joy. In this 2 hour class I'll lead us through a guided flow to connect with the elements in our bodies. Creating a grounded space. Afterwards is an open dance session to create and make new friends. If weather permits we will walk to the nearby park to do the class. Bring extra props if you'd like to share! Hoops, poi, veils, fans, staffs, etc. are all welcome. New and experienced folks welcome. Kids under 10 can come for free.
