Freeform Dance Foundations - Ecstatic dance is a ceremony of freeform movement. Take your yoga off the mat and let music be your teacher. Through connecting to the rhythms of the music, our bodies open and our emotions are purified. Through connection with each other, we find great joy. Led by ecstatic dance DJ and Prana Flow yoga instructor Narayan, we explore new movement possibilities through solo and group dance exercises including Yoga Trance Dance and contact dance.
