John Has been practicing & teaching Yoga for  20 years.  He lived on a Ashram for 3 years and has a deep gratitude for the Classical Hatha Yoga Teachings.  His evolution through the practices  began  with  Iyengar, Anusara,  &  later Sivananda.   The last 8 years he has  personally transformed in what he now shares thanks to the Kundalini system.  This 90 minute class will  combine Kundalini spinal series, breath work , Pranayama, &  Asanas ending with a profound Mantra Meditation to awaken into the day from a place  connection to self.  This is  a All Levels  Practice.
