Monthly Handstand Class & Jam

join us every month for a casual handstand get-together! This month we will meet at Emergence Movement & Wellness studio in Bozeman since the weather is chilly. The first hour will be a led class with Margaret, followed by hang time enjoying each other’s company and practicing yoga inversions! Please bring a mat, water, and any yoga props you’d like! $10-15 minimum donation on the day of the event.
