About the event
Oula merges the depth and soulfulness of a mind-body practice with the carefree playfulness of a living room cardio dance party. Oula invites every body to combine music and movement for a deeper connection to self and community.
I'm Adrienne and I LOVE teaching Oula. I feel so empowered when I dance and so energized by the community I've found in Oula. I'm a kindergarten teacher, flower farmer, and mom of small children so I NEED an outlet. I know you'll feel welcome in our judgement-free, come-as-you-are class. You'll dance, sweat, cheer, scream, and leave feeling whole and loved. Please join us!
