Peace Be with You Workshop: Boundaries to Navigate the Holidays with Grace

Are you dreading the holidays and all the interactions with family that leave you feeling drained, defensive, or disrespected? Are you wondering how you can navigate these interactions while leaving your sanity intact, and without collapsing into 5-year-old behaviors? Do you have an identity your family doesn't understand or accept?

In this trauma-informed workshop, we'll explore our relationship to these dynamics from within our (or our partner's) family of origin. How can we remain centered, calm, and true to ourselves? How should we respond when Uncle Joe makes yet another inappropriate comment? This workshop is designed to be interactive, and we'll work with your real-life examples as we learn some new tools to take with us into the season.

 Suggested donation is $15 to help pay for the space and support my continued work in our community.
