Soul Free Dance

Soul Free Dance is self-inspired movement in community with others.  Each week, Ginny Watts creates a new soundscape of world music -- structured around Gabrielle Roth’s 5Rhythms of Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical, and Stillness – that invites each dancer to move from inner guidance, unfolding without preconceptions or requirements.  Rather than being guided by the direction of a facilitator, Soul Free Dance allows the waves of world songs, the energy of the dancers, and each dancer’s internal compass to facilitate the experience.  All are welcome, no previous experience required.
