The Shaman Within - Breathwork, Sound Journey Meditation & Cacao Ceremony

This journey weaves together yogic pranayama, western physiology, South American shamanism and a powerful shamanic sound journey laced with harmonic frequencies. Students of this practice report profound levels of meditation, deep brain states, visualizations, awakening experiences and self-healing.

Brian Assam is a visionary, entrepreneur & author of an award-winning patented Web technology. He has spent his life learning about expanded mind-states and how to overcome the human dis-ease. He has studied with shamans in Peru, is a certified breathwork facilitator, Wim Hof instructor and trained Kundalini & Vinyasa yoga teacher. Brian dedicates his time towards mentoring people in conscious awareness, personal empowerment & well-being.

Alecia Heimes is a nationally certified school psychologist, Oxygen Advantage certified breathwork coach, yoga teacher, and Reiki practitioner. She loves to help people understand the Mind-Body-Spirit connection. She combines it with her nerdy scientific knowledge to maximize the understanding of who we are as energy beings in a physical body living in complex world.

Together they own Breathe and Believe, offering live and online events, classes and workshops to help people achieve optimal states of health and performance through fusing eastern philosophy and practice with western science and strategy.

Cacao is known throughout South America as the "Elixir of the Gods." It is a powerful medical plant for opening the Heart Chakra and expanding our awareness/consciousness.
