The way of tea is a beautiful and ancient art that is said to originate in China 4,000 to 5,000 years ago. Tea has the capability to assist with meditation and connection to nature. 

Tea as a plant medicine has a unique quality that allows one to still the heart and meet each moment of life with pure presence, creating a sense of peace. This peace of mind eventually permeates all aspects of our lives as we cultivate our practice more.

We will be brewing tea a couple of different ways at this event. You will get to try some very nice teas from the facilitator's personal collection. You might walk away from this event with a deeper knowledge of tea as plant medicine, and how you can drink tea as practice for self cultivation.
