Transformational breath work is a conscious way of breathing that gives us direct access to our subconscious mind. With that access we have the ability to release all the trapped and suppressed emotions and trauma that are living in our body. The live coaching that takes place during a breath work session, called a journey, can help rewire the brain, bring balance to the body and unlock your full potential.
We will guide you through a breath journey of change. You will be safe and comfortable listing to inspiring music with live coaching through our provided head phones. You will be guided with special music, quotes and coaching, my wife will be using smudge, Reiki and sound bowls to help you make your own personal break through.
