Here is the overview for the night!!

About the night:

Inviting all women to join a night dedicated to activating and remembering the essence of the Wild Feminine, a coding and archetype that we all hold within our very DNA and one that has the power to create so much healing and magic in this world. The night will be centered around an opening meditation leading into a wild, expressive ecstatic dance along with various prompts and activities during the night to invoke this sacred feminine energy alongside other women. We will close out the night with a healing sisterhood circle and some sound healing, singing and sharing of our night.

The container is created to be a safe space for women of all ages and backgrounds to show up authentically and women are invited to express whatever arises both emotionally and energetically in order to activate deeper healing within their bodies. We join together to witness the beauty that surrounds the night and connect deeper to our bodies, our sensuality and our innate power. It is a safe space to release any fears, doubts, limitations and blocks we may be going through to truly create a sacred and devotional night dedicated to the Wild Feminine.

We will also explore what the Wild Feminine is, tools we can use to activate her and learn about how we can reclaim our power as women, share our truth, form a deeper relationship with our bodies and more.

INTENTIONS:

- Connect deeper to our bodies & our sensuality

CONTAINER ITEMS:

- Meditation to set the space - tuning into our wombs

- Wild Dance: A space for free vocal expression & movement (releasing rage, noise,

etc)

- Sisterhood sharing circle

- Energy transmission: amplifying Shakti energy, breathwork, etc

What to bring/wear:

You may bring any altar items that are special to you, including crystals, shells, photos, a journal, flowers, etc. I encourage you to wear whatever makes you feel beautiful. We will be working with a lot of red/root energy throughout the night so if you’d like to wear red that is wonderful.
