Please join me "in person" to experience Usui Reiki. Level 1 Reiki is your initiation into Reiki. In these beginner teachings, you will gain access to the light of your energy channels. The attunement process will help open you to the Reiki field & the universal energy. Learn the history, benefits and principles of Reiki. You will learn the hand positions for self treatmetn and how to treat others. This will be a blend of traditional and new Reiki energy information.
