Vocalize

Vocalize is a unique breathwork practice that creates magical individual and collective experience. Daniel will guide us through 7 energetic centers using a Shruti box. This classic Indian instrument creates sustained notes that we'll match with a particular vocal tone... and deep breaths. The powerful vibration of each tone dissolves mental and physical tension.

Ultimately, shruti-tones give way to a 20-minute melodic soundscape which inspires us to explore all the sounds, textures, and volumes our unbridled voices wish to express. The results are often bliss, clarity, peace, and the buzz of expanded possibility. Vocalize feels like freestyle choir where we all intuitively know the 'words' and there’s no such thing as off-key.
