1- We will discuss: the foundations of the practice of the breath of fire. The convergent/divergent focus in the meditations.  A short dive into 3D, 4D and 5D consciousness and the ascension process of our planet

2- Cacao ceremony to open the heart with cacao blessed by the elders from the highlands of Guatemala, my homeland.

3- Practice the breath of fire and other breathing techniques while receiving coherence healing (similar to reiki)

4- Guided meditation with sound healing therapy with various harmonics and  instruments to attune the energy to self love, and to synchronize the left and right hemispheres of the brain.

What to bring:

Eye mask, pillow, blankets, water bottle and anything else to make your experience comfortable.
