Service Description

This practice invites you to move inward and mindfully explore breath and sensation through thoughtful sequences of postures. With an emphasis on creativity in motion, playfulness, and slowing down, this class is guided to bring space into your life and ways of being. Together we will build compassion, strength, and deep relaxation; Students of all ages and abilities are welcome in this gentle flow, and class will be set up to meet each participant exactly where they are.
